Getting started with Artzi

Artzi runs on your Windows computer. You create teammates, give them work, and each one keeps its own history.

1. Install Artzi

Download the installer from the download page and run it. Artzi opens when the install finishes.

2. Connect a provider

A provider is the AI service that does the thinking, such as Codex or Claude. Pick one you already pay for, sign in when Artzi asks, and check that it shows as connected.

3. Create a teammate

Choose a name and a colour, pick the provider and model, and create the teammate. Then send it a first message.

4. Give it a real job

Describe the work in plain words. Ask for a folder to be checked, a summary to be written or a plan to be drafted. Artzi asks you before a teammate runs a command that changes things, depending on the permission level you chose.

Where your data lives

Conversations, files and settings stay on your computer. Prompts go to the provider you picked for that teammate.
