Connecting apps from the marketplace

The marketplace lists apps that your teammates can use, such as a notes app, a design tool or a data service. Connecting an app gives an agent a set of tools for that service only.

1. Find an app

Open the marketplace and browse the list, or search by name. Each listing shows what the app does, a few example requests and the steps to connect it.

2. Connect it

The steps depend on the app. Some ask you to sign in through your browser. Some ask for a key from the app's own site. Some need a short setup on your computer first. Follow the steps shown on the listing.

3. Check that it works

Ask a teammate to list something from the app, such as your open issues or your latest notes. If it answers with your own data, the connection works.

4. Remove it

Disconnect the app from its listing when you no longer need it. Teammates lose that app's tools straight away.
